The field of neurodegeneration research has been advancing quickly over the sometimes, and has delivered interesting new insights into the common physiological functions and pathogenic roles of a broad range of molecules associated with several devastating neurodegenerative diseases, taking in Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, frontotemporal dementia, Huntington’s disease, and Down syndrome.
